Bayley expected to stay with WWE and could be returning to television soon

As seen at Saturday Night’s Main Event, Lyra Valkyria defeated Bayley in a singles match. During a commercial break on WWE RAW, Lyra referenced the victory in a promo by saying, “I dropped a load of dead weight on Saturday when I ran Bayley out of here.”

In recent weeks, there has been speculation about Bayley potentially joining AEW when her WWE contract reportedly expires in October. However, Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted the following in the August 24th Wrestling Observer Newsletter…

“As far as Bayley goes, the frequent mentions of her on RAW this week would indicate to me that they expect her back. If they believed she might be leaving, they would not mention her name.”

According to PWInsider, Bayley is expected to remain with WWE. There have reportedly been creative pitches for Bayley on the RAW brand, and she is expected to return to the road very soon, likely within the next few weeks.
