Former WWE announcer Pat McAfee enters the music world with the debut of his first album

Former WWE announcer Pat McAfee has officially entered the music world with the release of his debut album, The Diary Of A Polarizing Figure, on Friday August 14th 2026. The 14-track album runs approximately 42 minutes and follows his first single, Dookie, which was released in 2025. The album is currently available to stream on YouTube and Spotify.

McAfee’s debut has already sparked plenty of reactions online, with some sports and media personalities praising the project. Former NFL quarterback Dan Orlovsky wrote, “The album is legit good good,” while Josh Pate congratulated McAfee and praised the freedom of the modern media landscape. Music critic Steven Hyden joked, “To all the people in Pat McAfee’s inner circle who didn’t talk him out of this: Thank you,” while Mike Beauvais offered a more sarcastic review, calling it “the official soundtrack to the drive to family court.”
