Report: “Road Dogg” Brian James has been discussed for TNA Wrestling’s creative team

On Tuesday, Tommy Dreamer announced that he is no longer working for TNA Wrestling. Dreamer had been working as part of TNA’s creative team.

Following the news that Dreamer is out of the company, Fightful Select heard from industry sources that “Road Dogg” Brian James has been discussed within TNA as a potential replacement for him. Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted that the company has been in contact with Road Dogg for weeks. However, it wasn’t known that he would replace Dreamer, only to join Dreamer on the creative team.

Hunter Johnston aka Delirious will remain with TNA. Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com stated the following…

“The belief among those we’ve spoken with is that currently, Delirious will head up TNA Creative. There’s always a chance there are more names brought onto the team with the departure of Tommy Dreamer, but we are told Delirious is the point person moving forward.”

With Tommy Dreamer departing TNA, @FightfulSelect heard from industry sources that Road Dogg had been discussed within TNA as a potential replacement for him.
