World heavyweight title match set for the 2023 WWE Crown Jewel PLE

The October 9th 2023 edition of WWE RAW kicked off with a promo from world heavyweight champion Seth Rollins. Rollins said he was still a fighting champion despite his back and that led to Drew McIntyre coming to the ring. McIntyre said he wanted Rollins as close to 100% as possible and suggested a match for the 2023 Crown Jewel PLE. Rollins accepted the match.

After McIntyre left the ring, Damian Priest attempted to cash in his Money in the Bank contract but McIntyre stopped it from happening by attacking Dominik Mysterio and tossing the briefcase.
