Details regarding phone call between Pac’s wife and police on the day of his death
In a post via Twitter/X on September 27th 2026, AEW officially announced that Pac aka Neville passed away at the age of 40. Pac was found dead inside a rental car in a Chicago-area parking lot less than 24 hours after the All Out PPV event.
According to the New York Post, Pac’s wife Natalie Taylor called her husband’s cellphone on September 27th. A report from the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office revealed that Taylor called while law enforcement was at the scene after Pac was found unresponsive in his rental car. When police answered, she allegedly said she had last spoken with her husband less than three hours before he was pronounced dead.
Officials stated that Pac had told his wife he was stopping at the CAVA restaurant before heading to O’Hare Airport. Taylor also informed investigators that he had been diagnosed with a medical condition and prescribed medication. According to the report, she said he had “no history of illicit drug or alcohol abuse.”
The medical examiner’s report stated that toxicology testing revealed no significant findings. Officials determined that Pac died from bronchial asthma and classified his death as natural. Inhalers were also found at the scene.
