What is being said about Jordynne Grace’s status with WWE amid television absence
Jordynne Grace’s most recent WWE match was on the June 12th 2026 edition of WWE Main Event, where she lost to Kiana James.
During a WrestleVotes Radio Q&A, Grace’s status with WWE was discussed. Grace is reportedly not currently part of the company’s creative plans, although that does not necessarily mean WWE has no plans for her moving forward.
It was noted that SmackDown has several ongoing women’s storylines involving Fatal Influence, Charlotte Flair’s group, Jade Cargill’s group, Tiffany Stratton and her Money in the Bank briefcase, as well as Nikki Bella, Paige, and Chelsea Green. With only two hours of television each week, not every talent can be featured consistently.
It was indicated that Grace is not expected to be leaving WWE as the company still appears to have a favorable view of her. Her situation was compared to Johnny Gargano, who went months without a prominent storyline before suddenly being placed in a number one contender’s match and a Money in the Bank qualifying match.
In September, it was rumored that Grace would return to television as part of a tag team with Ivy Nile.
