Vince McMahon reportedly recovering from “major spinal surgery”

As previously noted, Vince McMahon was apparently responsible for an increase in alliterative nicknames being used on WWE television in recent weeks.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com provided some news regarding Vince’s health as he noted the following via Twitter…

“Vince McMahon had major spinal surgery last week. We’re told he’s now recovering. The surgery lasted about five hours and was a pretty intensive one.”

TMZ.com confirmed that Vince had the surgery done to fix an issue with his spine and the procedure was described to PWInsider.com as an “intense, hours-long procedure.”

Vince turns 78 years old on August 24th.
