Lola Vice addresses Money in the Bank moment that could have turned “very ugly”

Lola Vice performed in her first WWE Money in the Bank ladder match on October 10th 2026. However, one spot involving Jacy Jayne could have ended in serious injury.

While speaking with WWE Ahora, Vice recalled the moment when she put Jayne, who was near the top of a ladder, in a chokehold. The two fell backward, with Vice landing on a ladder before falling to the floor.

Vice described the moment as frightening and explained that it could have resulted in serious injuries. Here is what she said in a rough translation from Spanish to English…

“Well, I had Jacy in the MMA choke, and when I put her to sleep, she fell, and I fell with her, but I thought it stopped there. But then, suddenly, the ladder went backwards, and it literally took me out of the ring. Because of that ladder, I didn’t win Money in the Bank.

It was very painful, and at that moment, it gave me a lot of fear. But looking back, thank God it turned out that way because it could have been very ugly. Those ladder matches are hard, and they’re not for everyone. But thank God I’m strong and I was able to do it.”
