Fan claims in 911 audio call that he was shoved and chopped by CM Punk during WWE WrestleMania 42 weekend
Following his match with Roman Reigns at WWE WrestleMania 42, CM Punk was involved in an altercation with a fan at the Las Vegas Strip hotel/casino where talent has been staying. Punk ended up knocking the fan’s phone out of his hand.
According to newly released 911 audio call obtained by TMZ.com, a second fan has accused Punk of making physical contact. In the clip, a fan who said he was waiting to see the WWE talent is heard speaking in Spanish to a dispatcher through an interpreter. The caller identifies “CM Punk” and states he was attempting to get an autograph when the interaction occurred.

Fan: “So I was here waiting for the WWE Superstars and I was trying to get a picture and maybe an autograph from them, without ill intentions. I just got close to them and then, when I got close, the star CM Punk pushes me and chops me in my chest.”
Dispatcher: “How long ago did this happen?”
Fan: “12:31 in the morning.”
Dispatcher: “Okay, and it was an employee for WWE that pushed you?”
Fan: “No, the star itself, CM Punk.”
Dispatcher: “Do you need medical attention?”
Fan: “Not right now, thank you.”
Dispatcher: “Okay, and the person that pushed you, what is his name?”
Fan: “Well, I just know that he’s a fighter, CM Punk. I do not know his legal name.”
Dispatcher: “Okay, is he white, Black, Hispanic, or Asian?”
Fan: “White.”
Dispatcher: “How old is he?”
Fan: “30, 40, maybe 50.”
Dispatcher: “How tall is he?”
Fan: “Like 175 approximately.”
Dispatcher: “Okay, is he skinny, medium, or heavy build?”
Fan: “Heavy.”
Dispatcher: “Okay, and where did this happen?”
Fan: “Inside the lobby of the MGM Motel here in Las Vegas.”
Dispatcher: “And what color were his shirt and pants?”
Fan: “I think I see here in the picture that it’s a gray sweater, gray hat, with black pants.”
Dispatcher: “Is it a baseball cap that he’s wearing?”
Fan: “No, it’s like a gray hat with a frontal tag, like for a cold climate.”
Dispatcher: “Okay, so like a winter hat?”
Fan: “Winter hat, yes.”
Dispatcher: “Okay, do you know if he was drunk or high, or unknown?”
Fan: “So I wouldn’t be able to say for sure, right? I’m not a specialist on that topic. I only think that he might be either drunk or high.”
Dispatcher: “So unknown?”
Fan: “I do not know but his face was red and his eyesight was full of anger.”
Dispatcher: “Okay. And did he have any weapons on him?”
Fan: “None. He only had a briefcase in his left hand.”
