Mick Foley says he spoke with Darby Allin about taking risks: “He’s gonna keep doing what he does”

As seen during the November 4th 2026 edition of AEW Dynamite: Blood & Guts, Darby Allin was thrown off the cage by Wardlow at the end of the show. During a virtual signing hosted by Highspots on November 5th, WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley was asked: “A guy who took the chances you did in your career, then you watch guys like Darby, do you ever want to say, Darby, stop?”

Here is what Foley stated…

“Well, I did, and he thanked me for my feedback and told me he was going to continue doing it. I didn’t say stop, I said, you might want to calm down. He’s like, ‘Well, I appreciate you talking to me, Mick. I really do.’ So somebody asked, they said, ‘I heard you were going to talk to Darby.’ I did and he’s gonna keep doing what he does. I will tell you, man, he was walking a very— he was walking a little gingerly last night.”
