Tommaso Ciampa and Rush were the first two entrants. Bandido, who was the third entrant, hit a frog splash on Rush, but Ciampa broke up the pin. Speedball Bailey was fourth and had a strike exchange with Rush.

El Clon was fifth, Pac was sixth, and Daniel Garcia was seventh. Pac and Garcia worked together against El Clon. Anthony Bowens was eighth, Kevin Knight was ninth, and he worked with his partner Bailey against Pac and Garcia.

After Wheeler Yuta came in at 10th, Bandido and El Clon wiped out everyone on the outside. Ciampa then gave Knight a suplex onto the outside pile. Back in the ring, Knight pinned Garcia with a UFO splash to win the title.
