Jon Moxley on his future in AEW: “I am not at my peak yet”

While speaking to his wife Renee Paquette, Jon Moxley commented on his future in AEW with The Death Riders…

“The things on the forefront of my mind, the weight I feel that I carry, is I want other people to achieve their full potential.

I don’t want circumstances to just pass them by. I don’t want any missed opportunities to pass them by — people that are willing to put in the work.

I want to make sure that we ring every single drop out of their potential that we can. And the best way for me to do that is to live it myself.

I am not at my peak yet. Hundreds of times people have wanted to write me off going back decades. But there’s still a whole another level that exists that I can reach.

Every time that I think I get really good, I look back on it years later and I go, actually, I sucked at that point.

There’s always another door you open, and there’s a whole another room, and you didn’t even know that was there. It never stops.

That’s the beauty of this, man. It’s so exciting every day because you could unlock a whole new level that you didn’t know existed every single day.

So it is my duty to my team, my duty to my opponents, to leave no stone unturned.”
