According to a report from BodySlam.net, Page has been talked about a lot regarding a potential main roster move. One source noted that Page is expected to make the move to the main event title scene in NXT again before officially heading to RAW or SmackDown.

Rumors about Ethan Page joining the main roster started as early as the summer of 2025. At the time, WrestleVotes heard that people within WWE liked the pairing of Page and Chelsea Green in NXT.
