Mustafa Ali “pulls the curtain back” in regards to scary fall at TNA Slammiversary 2025
As seen during the 2025 TNA Slammiversary PPV event, there was a dangerous landing for Mustafa Ali during his match against Cedric Alexander. While attempting a dive through the middle ropes, Ali overshot Alexander and landed head-first on the floor. Fans criticized Ali’s Secret Service members for failing to catch him.

Ali addressed the mishap with the following message via Twitter/X…
“Appreciate everyone’s concern. Unfortunately, I have to pull the curtain back here because the talent ringside was absolutely not responsible for that scary fall in any way and they are getting all the blame. They did exactly what they were instructed to do. I tried to do a variation of a dive and simply slipped off my opponent. No one to blame but me. I am all good. See ya on #TNAiMPACT.”
