WWE’s longest running employee is reportedly no longer working for the company

Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com is reporting that Sue Aitchison, the longest running WWE employee, has been let go from the company after 38 years. Aitchison, who joined the company in 1986, was the 2019 WWE Hall of Fame Warrior Award winner and worked as Director of Community Relations.

Johnson noted the following about Aitchison’s departure…

“The revelation that Aitchinson was gone from the company yesterday reverberated with shock among long-time former employees and was yet another sign of the end of the old WWE era. Although her responsibilities had lessened in recent years, Aitchinson was considered one of the true mainstays for the company and had a run working behind the scenes that will likely never be matched, much less surpassed.”
