Former TNA/Impact announcer addresses Scott D’Amore being fired from the company
On Wednesday, it was announced that Scott D’Amore has been fired from his role as TNA Wrestling president. Former TNA/Impact announcer David Penzer addressed the news via Twitter/X…
“I’m just going to say it. Without Scott D’Amore Impact/TNA would be a video library probably owned by WWE. I saw him strip that thing down to the studs and rebuild it on a less than skeleton budget to where it stands today which is ready to take off. Hope it survives-Massive loss!”
When a fan brought up how low the 18-49 demo was for Impact shows on AXS TV, Penzer noted that “it’s WAY higher than anything else on that network so it skews ad prices up for all programs.”
