Results of Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar at WWE Night of Champions 2023

Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar took place at WWE Night of Champions 2023. Here are the highlights…

* Cody was wearing a large cast for his “broken” arm.

* Cody did his best to avoid Lesnar and slipped to the outside of the ring. Cody made Lesnar chase him and took advantage of the situation. However, Lesnar was able to quickly gain control and took Cody to Suplex City.

* Cody used his cast as a weapon to fight back and sent Lesnar to the outside of the ring. Cody got Lesnar back in the ring and delivered a disaster kick followed by a cutter but Lesnar kicked out.

* Cody delivered Cross Rhodes twice and went for a third one but Lesnar countered into the Kimura lock. Cody wouldn’t give up and kept trying to escape. Cody nearly passed out but eventually got to the rope.

* Cody managed to hit another Cross Rhodes but Lesnar kicked out and Cody used his cast as a weapon again. Lesnar came back with an F5 but Cody kicked out.

* Lesnar reapplied the Kimura lock and Cody passed out. Lesnar would not let go of the hold right away after the bell rang.
