The latest speculation regarding Keith Lee possibly turning heel

As previously noted, there was reportedly a backstage idea to turn Keith Lee heel and have Adam Cole be his manager but Cole said he wasn’t aware of the pitch. There was also a recent report about how Vince McMahon has considered turning him into a “monster heel.”

There continues to be speculation that Lee will still be turning heel. Lee tweeted about “change” on September 17th which fueled the speculation…

Lee hasn’t appeared on television in over a month but continues to wrestle at live events. At an event over the weekend, Lee was seen with facial hair again. While Lee did have a beard in NXT as a face, he’s been clean-shaven since making his WWE main roster debut.
