Here are some WWE news items with updates on Edge, Sami Zayn, and MVP…

* As seen on the September 10th 2021 edition of WWE Smackdown, Edge was taken out of the building in an ambulance after receiving a curb stomp from Seth Rollins at the end of their match. Dave Meltzer noted that the angle was designed to write Edge off television for a few months since he is working a part-time schedule.

* According to Dave Meltzer, Sami Zayn’s WWE contract was extended due to Zayn having two shoulder surgeries. Meltzer wrote that WWE “may have extended it as much as nine-and-a-half months so it could be March or April depending on the length of time it was frozen before he’s a free agent.”

* WWE issued a brief statement on social media that MVP is out of action “indefinitely” due to a broken rib. MVP responded to the post…
