WWE’s strategy has changed when it comes to announcing premium live events

WWE recently made separate announcements in regards to the 2023 Payback and Fastlane premium live events. It the past, WWE would announce multiple events at the same time.

It is being reported by Fightful Select that WWE’s strategy has changed when it comes to how they plan and announce PLEs. Fightful noted the following…

“The factors of economics, storyline, audience growth are all weighed when making these decisions. They also told us that by announcing the PLE events individually, it allows each announcement to have its own moment.”

People within WWE are said to be pleased with the change so far.
