WWE officially moves Money in the Bank 2022 to a different venue

The 2022 WWE Money in the Bank PPV is moving from Allegiant Stadium to the smaller MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, NV. People that bought tickets to the Allegiant Stadium event will be refunded and will also have the first opportunity to purchase tickets for the MGM Grand Arena event.

WWE had been struggling to fill Allegiant Stadium with less than 20,000 tickets sold for the event prior to the venue being changed. As of late April, MITB had an estimated 16,826 tickets distributed after tickets first went on-sale in mid-March. According to Andrew Zarian of F4WOnline.com, the word was that WWE had been hoping for around 28,000 to 35,000 in the stadium.
