WWE could be introducing a new world championship design after Wrestlemania 39
As previously noted, Cody Rhodes has teased the idea of bringing back the “Winged Eagle” WWE title belt design if he wins the unified Universal title from Roman Reigns at Wrestlemania 39.
In a new report on GiveMeSport.com, it’s believed that Triple H has “approved” a new world championship title design and it could be introduced after Wrestlemania 39. Twitter account @WrestleVotes noted the following to GMS…
“There’s a new belt. I don’t know for sure if it’s getting a new name. I don’t know if one of the titles is going away, but there’s a new belt that WWE has had made and the decision-makers have approved. Like, if they wanted to introduce it on TV tomorrow, they could. Those boxes are checked.”
🚨 Triple H has "approved" the design of a new World Championship, which if WWE wanted to, could theoretically "debut on TV tomorrow", @WrestleVotes tells @GiveMeSport. Will likely be introduced shortly after #WrestleMania.https://t.co/4pGRJrCRah
