What is being said about Karrion Kross’ status for the 2022 WWE Clash at the Castle PLE
As seen during the August 5th 2022 edition of WWE Smackdown, Karrion Kross made his return to the company and was injected into the Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre storyline.
While there has been speculation about Kross being added to the Reigns vs. McIntyre match at WWE Clash at the Castle, Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted that “based on what we are told, unless we are back in the plans change regularly mode, Kross won’t be added to the Reigns vs. McIntyre match.” WWE reportedly feels that Reigns vs. McIntyre one-on-one “has to be the match” for Cardiff.
Meltzer also speculated that Kross will face McIntyre at the live events Reigns won’t be in attendance for due to Reigns’ part time schedule. At this time, Reigns is not booked for the Extreme Rules PLE in October.
As of Friday morning, the YouTube video of Kross’ return has around two million views.
