Video: Rob Van Dam makes his debut with AEW during the 200th edition of Dynamite
During the August 2nd 2023 edition of AEW Dynamite, FTW champion Jack Perry called out Jerry Lynn. Lynn appeared on the stage and said he wouldn’t be able to get cleared but contacted somebody that can still wrestle. WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam then made his entrance with his ECW theme “Walk” by Pantera.
RVD confronted Perry in the ring but Perry left. Perry came back in the ring and tried to use a chair but missed and fled through the crowd.
In a backstage segment with Renee Paquette, RVD challenged Perry for the title on next week’s Dynamite.
