On the September 13th 2021 edition of WWE NXT, Mandy Rose interfered in the Kacy Catanzero and Kayden Carter vs. Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne match. Mandy was no longer a blonde and had brown hair.
Sarray ran down to make the save and a six-woman tag match was made during a commercial break. Mandy ended up pinning Kayden to pick up the win for her team.
