Update regarding what is known about the death of Pac aka Neville
Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted that the cause of death for Benjamin Satterley, known to wrestling fans as Pac and Neville, will not be released until additional studies are completed. Toxicology results could take several weeks to a few months, and the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office has not released preliminary autopsy findings. The case is considered high-profile, which may also be contributing to the delay.
Satterley was found dead inside a rental car in a parking lot in Chicago on September 27th. According to the police report, he had saliva on the front of his shirt, and an undisclosed medication was found in his vehicle. Authorities reported no signs of foul play or accidental injury.
A woman who spoke with Satterley earlier that day told police that he had planned to stop at CAVA for lunch before traveling to O’Hare International Airport. His flight to Newcastle, England, was scheduled to depart at 3:30 PM Central time but had been delayed. She last spoke with him around 1:20 PM, when he said he was heading to the restaurant.
An officer noted that Google Maps was still open on Satterley’s phone and directing him to O’Hare. A search of his pockets and backpack reportedly revealed nothing notable. Investigators have not released a confirmed explanation for what happened before his death.
The initial 911 call came from a woman who noticed Satterley unresponsive inside the parked vehicle, which was still running. According to a recording obtained by TMZ, she said she had been banging on the window for approximately five minutes without receiving a response. She also reported that his eyes were open and that his chest did not appear to be moving. Emergency personnel then asked questions to assess whether he was breathing.
