Update on Vince McMahon making an appearance at the Performance Center

As previously reported, WWE is evaluating NXT wrestlers for potential call-ups to the main roster since the Draft is coming up this summer and WWE is looking to shake things up with the rosters.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com, Vince McMahon, WWE President Nick Khan, Bruce Prichard and John Laurinaitis were all at the WWE Performance Center on Thursday. The officials reportedly met with PC staff and observed how the training procedures were done.

There was initially concern about Vince appearing due to the recent budget cuts. Johnson noted that things didn’t end up as bad as some feared…

“We are told it was very much a positive day with one person who was in attendance describing it as a ‘breath of fresh air’ vs. the worry that some were feeling about today.”
