Update on Cedric Alexander’s future in wrestling following departure from WWE

In February of 2025, Cedric Alexander announced his departure from WWE. While being interviewed by Sportskeeda’s WrestleBinge show, Alexander confirmed that he is a free agent.

In an update on Cedric’s future in wrestling, PWInsider.com noted the following…

“There’s been a lot of talk about TNA interest in former WWE star Cedric Alexander. We haven’t been able to 100% lock down that he’s coming in but where there’s smoke, sometimes there is indeed fire.”

Earlier this year, there were rumors about Alexander potentially joining AEW.
