Cedric Alexander announces that he is no longer working for WWE

Cedric Alexander announced his departure from WWE in a post via Twitter/X…

“Thank you for the last 8 1/2 years! Being a professional wrestler has been a dream of mine since I could form memories and I will continue to do so till the good Lord says otherwise. #SeeYouIn90”

After participating in the 2016 Cruiserweight Classic tournament, Alexander debuted on the 205 Live brand and would become the WWE Cruiserweight champion. Alexander later joined The Hurt Business and won the WWE RAW tag team titles alongside Shelton Benjamin. Alexander had been appearing on the NXT brand in recent months.
