Tommaso Ciampa officially joins the WWE RAW brand
During the April 11th 2022 edition of WWE RAW, it was announced that Tommaso Ciampa is officially part of the RAW brand. Ciampa was interviewed backstage but he was interrupted by Ezekiel and Kevin Owens. Prior to RAW going live, Ciampa faced T-Bar in a match taped for Main Event.
NXT’s Wade Barrett said the following about Ciampa’s debut via Twitter…
“Ciampa’s had a waaaay harder journey than most, but he’s up there with the absolute best in the biz. Believe in The Blackheart.. he won’t let you down.”
Ciampa’s final NXT match was in a losing effort to Tony D’Angelo at the 2022 Stand and Deliver PLE.
