The WWE women’s tag team titles will be unified with the NXT women’s tag team titles

During the June 9th 2023 edition of WWE Smackdown, WWE women’s tag team champions Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler confronted NXT women’s tag team champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn. Ronda/Shayna wanted a unification match and Fyre/Dawn accepted the challenge.

The segment ended with the two teams brawling and Fyre/Dawn clearing the ring.
