Steve Austin comments on if WWE is “going too far” when it comes to breaking kayfabe

In the trailer for WWE’s upcoming Unreal series on Netflix, a whiteboard in the writer’s room displayed several proposed matches for WrestleMania 41. The video revealed multiple match ideas that were scrapped from WrestleMania 41.

While speaking to Ariel Helwani, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin commented on if WWE is “going too far” when it comes to breaking kayfabe…

“Man, I’m still a little old school on that. I’m a big magic fan, but if Harry Houdini is still around, I don’t want him to tell me how he does it. I want to figure out how he does it. And if I can’t, then I’m gonna keep wondering and I’m gonna keep watching.
