Rules regarding the 2021 WWE Draft and additional backstage news
In a video published by WWE, it would revealed that the 2021 WWE Draft will include talent from RAW, Smackdown, and NXT. Half of the available superstars will be drafted on Smackdown and the other half will be drafted on RAW. Undrafted superstars will become “free agents” and it was also noted that the official roster changes will take effect on Friday, October 22nd which is the day after the Crown Jewel PPV.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com noted the following about the Draft…
“We have spoken to a number of sources who normally would have some knowledge of talents being moved and/or called up from NXT but as of an hour ago, word had been kept very guarded as to what the plans are for tonight.”
