Ronda Rousey returning to WWE at the 2022 Royal Rumble PLE?

Ronda Rousey commented on her WWE status in November and said the following when asked if she was still under contract…

“I technically — I don’t think I am. But who knows? That’s a question for the lawyers.”

According to Fightful.com, WWE had been pushing to get Rousey for this year’s Royal Rumble premium live event. During Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez of F4WOnline.com confirmed Sapp’s report…

“Yes, I was told that Ronda Rousey will be in the Royal Rumble. So, I suppose anything can happen but that was the word I heard awhile ago.”
