Ronda Rousey makes reference to WWE’s recent “budget cuts”
After being “suspended” in storyline, Ronda Rousey appeared on the August 12th 2022 edition of WWE Smackown. Rousey revealed that she paid a fine and then dumped out a bag of money in the ring. Rousey said, “I was also fined a lot of money. So I doubled it. Let’s be honest, it’s not gonna be the last time. What can I say, being the baddest gets expensive. But I can afford it.”
Rousey uploaded pictures from the segment to her Instagram account and made reference to WWE stars recently being released due to “budget cuts.” Rousey wrote, “use that cash wisely @wwe – Maybe it can help with those ‘budget cuts’. Bring back some asses for me to kick.”
