Trick Williams (c) vs. Baron Corbin for the United States Championship took place at the WWE SummerSlam Sunday 2026 PLE. Here are the highlights…

Trick gained the early advantage, clotheslining Corbin out of the ring. Trick pulled a table from under the ring, but that allowed Corbin to recover and give Trick a Deep Six on the floor. Corbin brought Trick back into the ring and slowed the pace down.

Corbin took the match outside again. Corbin shoved Lil Yachty down, which allowed Trick to make a comeback until Corbin raked the eyes. Yachty took a cheap shot with his kendo stick while the referee wasn’t looking. Trick connected with a spinning kick but couldn’t secure the win. After avoiding the Trick Shot, Corbin tried to use the U.S. Title as a weapon but was stopped by Yachty. However, Williams accidentally knocked Yachty off the apron through a table. Corbin hit Trick with the U.S. Title and then pinned him to become the new champion.
