Results of The Elite vs. House of Black at AEW Revolution 2023

The Elite (c) vs. House of Black for the trios titles took place at AEW Revolution 2023. Here are the highlights…

* The crowd chanted “this is awesome” in the early moments as Kenny Omega had a feeling out process with both Buddy Matthews and Malakai Black. Brody King tagged in and then everyone engaged in a hockey fight in the ring.

* Nick went for a cover on King but King kicked out at one. The fight went to the outside and King hit Omega with a crossbody into the barricade. HOB attempted to triple team Omega but the Bucks made the save for Omega.

* Omega and Black traded “boo/yay” shots following by knee strike exchanges and both guys went down. Julia Hart grabbed Nick’s foot and King took advantage but Matt made the save. Omega then hit King with a v-trigger to the floor. Julia got on the apron. Omega went for the v-trigger but missed Black and hit Julia.

* Omega ended up by himself in the ring with the entire HOB. The Bucks made the save and hit superkicks to HOB. The Elite hit the BTE trigger but Black was saved by Matthews. King then hit Dante’s Inferno and Black pinned Matt to win the titles.
