Here are notes from the Buy-In show at the 2024 AEW Double or Nothing PPV…
* Thunder Rosa (with Elvis-inspired attire) faced Deonna Purrazzo in the first match. Deonna picked up the victory while grabbing the bottom rope for leverage.
* AEW President Tony Khan and Martha Hart confirmed the 2024 Owen Hart tournaments. They agreed that the winners will receive world title shots at the 2024 All In PPV from Wembley Stadium. The finals will take place on July 10th in Calgary, Alberta.
* The Acclaimed (Max Caster, Anthony Bowens & Billy Gunn) faced The Gates of Agony (Brian Cage, Toa Liona & Bishop Kaun) in the second match. Cage wanted to use a chair but the Las Vegas Knights mascot took it away. Gunn then pinned Kaun to pick up the win. The mascot scissored The Acclaimed after the match.
