Results of Roman Reigns vs. Edge vs. Daniel Bryan at WWE Wrestlemania 37

* Before the match, Hulk Hogan and Titus O’Neil thanked the fans for attending Wrestlemania 37. Bayley arrived and said they forgot to thank her. Bayley insisted that pyro go off for her and it did. The Bella Twins then confronted Bayley and attacked her.

* The next WWE PPV was officially referred to as “Wrestlemania Backlash” and it takes place on May 16th.

* Daniel Bryan got a good reaction but it sounded like Edge got a much bigger pop. Reigns’ music hit and he took his time coming to ring. Reigns got a mixed response of mostly boos but some cheers.

* Reigns took a shot right at Bryan right when the match started. Jey Uso then hit Bryan with a superkick on the outside of the ring. Since it was NoDQ, he was able to get away with it. Jey also hit a superkick on Edge. Edge recovered and DDT’d Jey onto the steel steps. Jey was helped out of the stadium by officials.

* With Jey gone, the three-way match kicked into high gear. Bryan was taken out of the equation. Reigns went for the spear to Edge but Edge countered. Both men then went for spears and collided with each other. Bryan got back into the mix and took out both guys with Yes kicks. Bryan got the Yes lock on Reigns but Edge broke it up. Bryan got the Yes lock on Edge but Reigns was able to stop it.

* The crowd erupted in a “Roman sucks” chant as Reigns was getting ready to put Bryan through the announce table. Reigns hesitated for a moment but then powerbombed Bryan through the table while standing on the steel steps. Edge then speared Reigns off the steel steps.

* Edge brought a chair into the ring but was stopped by Reigns. Edge got Reigns in a crossface and used a piece of the chair for leverage. Reigns was about to tap but Bryan stopped it. Bryan put a Yes lock on Reigns while Edge still had Reigns in the crossface. Bryan and Edge started head butting each other and the holds were broken up. The crowd started a “this is awesome” chant.

* Edge hit a spear to Bryan and then a spear to Reigns. Edge went to cover Reigns but Bryan pulled out the referee. Edge got frustrated and started using a chair on both guys. Edge ended up hitting a conchairto on Bryan but Jey returned and made the save before Edge could finish off Reigns. Edge hit Jey with the chair but then Reigns speared Edge. Reigns hit a conchairto to Edge and pinned both of them to retain his title. Reigns had his celebration with pyro going off to end the show.
