Jade Cargill vs. Asuka in the Queen of the Ring tournament final took place at WWE Night of Champions 2025. Here are the highlights…

* Asuka out-wrestled Jade in the opening moments, but Jade used her strength to escape Asuka’s submission attempt. Asuka kicked out of a chokeslam and retaliated with strikes. Asuka landed a missile dropkick from the top rope, but Jade kicked out. Jade countered a knee strike with a powerbomb, but Asuka kicked out again.

* Asuka countered Jaded with the Asuka Lock. Jade escaped and countered Asuka’s running hip attack, Empress Impact. Jade then secured the victory with Jaded to become Queen of the Ring.

* Jade cut a motivational promo after the match and said a storm is coming for SummerSlam.
