Results of Bobby Lashley vs. Drew McIntyre at WWE Wrestlemania 37

* After Wrestlemania was delayed for 40 minutes due to rain, Drew McIntyre made his entrance and got a huge reaction from the fans. After the introductions, the crowd popped for the first lock up.

* After back and forth action in the opening moments, Lashley went shoulder-first into the ring post and McIntyre worked over the arm. Lashley was able to get out of the hold and slapped McIntyre. McIntyre went for a future shock DDT but couldn’t hit it.

* MVP yelled at Lashley to finish off McIntyre. Lashley hit a spinebuster but McIntyre kicked out. McIntyre went for a claymore but got hit with another spinebuster. However, McIntyre popped back up to his feet. McIntyre said “bring it bitch” and the fight continued. McIntyre hit three future shock DDTs on Lashley but Lashley kicked out. The crowd started a “this is awesome” chant at this point.

* McIntyre went for the claymore again but Lashley slipped to the outside. McIntyre ended up hitting a dive over the top onto both Lashley and MVP.

* Back in the ring, Lashley tried to get the hurt lock on again but was unsuccessful. McIntyre countered another spinebuster with a kamura lock submission but Lashley got to the rope. MVP distracted McIntyre and McIntyre missed another claymore attempt. Lashley finally got the hurt lock on McIntyre. McIntyre tried to break out but Lashley was able to keep it on. McIntyre passed out and Lashley was declared the winner.
