* Before the match, Olympic gold medalists Gable Steveson and Tamyra Mensah-Stock were introduced to the live crowd.

* Mahal worked over McIntyre for the early part of the match. McIntyre made a comeback and started suplexing Mahal. McIntyre hit the future shock DDT and then the Claymore to pick up the win in a match that lasted about two minutes.

* Veer and Shanky helped Mahal and McIntyre chased them out of the ring with his sword.
