While AEW Women’s Champion Thunder Rosa defeated Serena Deeb at the 2022 Double or Nothing PPV event, she did not appear on the June 1st 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite. Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com noted the following regarding Rosa’s status…

“The word making the rounds is that Rosa was at the taping but wasn’t feeling well and was sent home to convalesce by the company’s doctor.

For those who asked if she was injured at Double or Nothing, we are told that was not the case.”
