News regarding what is planned for WWE champion John Cena’s final match of his wrestling career
As seen during the 2025 WWE Backlash PLE, John Cena defeated Randy Orton to retain the WWE title as part of his ongoing retirement tour.
It was confirmed by WCVB TV that Cena’s final match of his wrestling career will take place in December at the TD Garden in his home state of Boston, MA. While an exact date was not provided, Cory Hays of PWNexus reported that Saturday Night’s Main Event is tentatively scheduled for Boston on December 13th.
