News regarding Ted DiBiase Jr. being in attendance for WWE WrestleMania 42

At WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas, Nevada, former WWE star Ted DiBiase Jr. was spotted in the crowd alongside his lawyer. Although DiBiase Jr. was recently found not guilty in a fraud case, a report from Fightful Select noted that he was never actually considered for involvement in the WrestleMania storyline between Randy Orton and Cody Rhodes.

Given his past storyline ties to both Orton and Cody, many fans speculated that he could play a role in the angle. However, that never materialized, and despite his presence in the stadium and footage being captured of his reactions, there were reportedly no serious discussions within WWE about bringing him into the feud.

Fightful Select also clarified that DiBiase Jr. was not invited to WrestleMania by WWE. Instead, he was in Las Vegas for WrestleCon. One source even speculated that a water company logo seen on his shirt may have helped sponsor his ticket to the event.
