Here are notes from the Buy-In at the 2022 AEW Double or Nothing PPV…

* Numerous fans were having trouble purchasing the PPV on Bleacher Report’s website and it was acknowledged by the announcers. The issues were fixed before the PPV started.

* The Acclaimed and The Ass Boys appeared in front of the crowd for a rap promo to hype up the PPV.

* Hookhausen (Hook & Danhausen) vs. Tony Nese & “Smart” Mark Sterling was the Buy-In match. Nese and Sterling got some offense on Danhausen but Danhausen was eventually able to tag in Hook. Hook cleaned house on both guys and then he allowed Danhausen to tag back in and score the pinfall victory over Sterling.
