MJF issues response to criticism of his promo from the February 5th 2025 edition of AEW Dynamite

As seen during the February 5th 2025 edition of AEW Dynamite, MJF took a shot at Dustin Rhodes by saying Dustin was in the shadow of his “baby brother” [Cody Rhodes] and the two ended up brawling. Former WWE referee Jimmy Korderas criticized MJF’s promo by writing on Twitter/X, “Great job MJF of reminding your audience about the man who is on top in the other company!”

MJF issued the following response to Korderas…

“His brother. My mentor. A guy who helped shape me early on in my career. Your old boss brainwashed you into believing we need to treat the fans like morons and pretend other Wrestling companies don’t exist. You dumb ignorant bald grifting f*ck. …respectfully.”

The two continued their exchange…

Korderas: “Thank you for your eloquent reply. BTW, Maxwell, I learned from veterans of the locker room. Many of them, your peers. Including Cody, Eddie, Taker, HBK Cope, etc. Enjoyed our little chat. Have a wonderful night.”

MJF: “Great. You want me to name everyone I’ve rubbed shoulders with? All those men you named are some of the all time greats. Doubt they would waste there time spewing absolute nonsense. You’ve had a hell of a career. Just stop grifting.”

Korderas: “Not drifting. Giving my take from lessons I learned from the time I was privileged to work in our industry. My comment was a critique from my POV. If you disagree, fine. That is your choice to present yourself as you see fit. That’s not drifting. That’s honestly opinion.”

MJF: “Look forward to your thoughts on Dustin’s Demise. This Wednesday on TBS.”

Korderas: “Im sure you are. BTW, you mean Tuesday!”
