Former WWE star reportedly played a role in Alexa Bliss signing her new contract with the company
As seen during the 2025 WWE Royal Rumble PLE, Alexa Bliss had her first match in two years. Leading up to the event, it was reported that WWE canceled plans to bring back Alexa on the January 13th 2025 edition of RAW due to her and the company failing to reach a financial agreement on a new contract.
According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com, Alexa signed a new five-year deal with WWE on Saturday that was negotiated by Paragon Talent’s Mojo Muhtadi and Steve Kaye. Muhtadi was formerly known as Mojo Rawley in WWE. Paragon Talent’s official website has the following mission statement…
“Paragon Talent Group represents a dynamic group of influential sports entertainers and personalities who are diverse, athletic, and multi-dimensional. We strive to build for our clients impactful brand partnerships, source high quality personal appearances, negotiate high value full-time talent agreements, and produce tentpole events that leverage each talents’ uniqueness and star power.”
During the Rumble broadcast, Michael Cole yelled out that “the internet said she wasn’t back” and Wade Barrett responded with “stop reading the dirtsheets!” Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted the following in regards to Alexa’s return…
“I will say that everyone insists to me the deal was finalized at the last minute and was not this plan to get one over. The fact Bliss replaced Shotzi in the match also at the last minute would indicate that as well.”
