Full WWE SmackDown taping results (SPOILERS) from Brooklyn, NY
After the November 2nd 2026 edition of WWE RAW went off the air, matches and segments were taped for the November 6th edition of SmackDown. Here are the spoiler results courtesy of PWInsider.com’s Mike Johnson…
* SmackDown opened with Gunther coming to the ring in street clothes for a promo. He asked if anyone really thought he was scared during Halloween SmackDown, explaining that he was freaked out and was doing everyone a favor by taking out the “freak show.”
Gunther said Finn Balor’s career was hanging by a thread and told him to quit and give it up. He criticized Balor for becoming friends with Danhausen and playing along with his antics instead of improving his career. Gunther said Balor had disgraced himself before challenging the “real” Balor to come to the ring and confront him like a man.
Balor answered the challenge and said there were no smoke and mirrors, just a Demon waiting to come out. He added that he was done waiting. The two began brawling, with Gunther throwing Balor from the top of the ring. Balor fought back, prompting Gunther to retreat up the aisle.

* SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis addressed Chelsea Green ahead of her match against Liv Morgan at Crown Jewel. Aldis told Green that he respected her and was proud of her for representing SmackDown as WWE Women’s Champion.
Green recalled previously saying that what mattered most was how people viewed themselves, but admitted that she sometimes struggled with self-doubt. She said she was taking Morgan’s comments to heart and acknowledged that she sometimes questioned whether she deserved to hold the championship.
Aldis encouraged Green to listen to the fans, who chanted her name. Green questioned whether she belonged alongside the women who had held the championship before her, adding that she wanted to leave a lasting legacy. She said defeating Morgan the following day would prove that she was not a fluke and deserved to be champion.
Morgan then interrupted and said WWE did not hand out participation trophies. She claimed Green only became champion because Rhea Ripley was injured and that Green had gotten lucky. Morgan added that Green was viewed as talentless and a charity case, promising to prove that the doubts in Green’s head were true before becoming the greatest Women’s Champion of all time.

* WWE Champion Sami Zayn came to the ring and asked who was ready to ride or die with the last “Real Good Guy.” Zayn said Roman Reigns might not have been surprised if he had lost the championship before Crown Jewel, but he had survived and successfully defended his title on both Raw and SmackDown. Zayn declared that he would never be overlooked again by anyone, including Reigns.
Jimmy Uso came to the ring and declared that Sami Zayn was his guy. He pointed out that they were at war with 946 and questioned why Zayn had attacked Roman Reigns. Jimmy asked if that was how Zayn treated family.

Zayn said he understood why Jimmy was upset and reminded him that they were family. He noted that, in another situation, they would be standing together against 946, but in the current circumstances, he was WWE Champion. Zayn added that Jimmy was the first member of the family to accept him and had always been the first to take action.
Jimmy responded that he did what he had to do, while Zayn said he was doing the same thing to earn the respect he deserved. Jimmy told Zayn that he had made things personal and now had Reigns’ attention. He warned that Zayn would get beaten at Crown Jewel.
Zayn said he was happy because he had finally gotten what he wanted: Reigns’ full attention. He added that if Reigns wanted to fight him, he would see him at Crown Jewel.
As Zayn was leaving the ring, 946 attacked Jimmy from the crowd. Zayn stood on the ring apron without getting involved before walking away, while 946 continued their assault on Jimmy.
