Shortly after the purchase of WCW in 2001, WWE started making plans to relaunch the WCW brand. Several live events were scheduled but WWE ended up canceling those plans. A commercial, which was billed as the “return of WCW” and included a shot of Shane McMahon, was produced for one of the events and here it is via KevinSullyTV.com…
